PA/Office Manager

 

A vacancy for PA/Office Manager to work closely with the Company Director. Working for a Premium Professional Aesthetic Skincare company that is rapidly expanding with long term future plans. Located in the NW10 London area.

In our busy office environment you will be expected to learn about the full product range, features/benefits and be able to answer the phone and communicate the merits of the products to customers and retaillers when needed to.

All round PA/Office Manager who can fill this broad spectrum role - someone with a 'can do’ attitude who is willing to really get involved in the business and take ownership of this role. Looking for a graduate or qualified by experience for this vacancy with a good command of English, this is essential as you will be required to produce PR copy for the outside agencies.

You must have worked in a similar role, at this level. You will occupy a pivotal position in this company and as such will be a senior member of the team.

An effective 'gate keeper': managing all incoming communication, efficiently establishing what is a priority and ensuring that all mail and enquiries are processed in an accurate, professional and timely manner. Communicate with the Director and other team members, ensuring a high level of awareness of current priorities.

1. Full management of the office, including filing/e-filing and organizing supplies (liaising with the other support departments and people within the company).

2. Ability to prioritize and act on own initiative.

3. Ability to work autonomously and proactively.

4. Able to work to deadlines and have a flexible approach.

5. Being 'one step ahead', i.e. knowing where he needs to be, and can anticipate what’s needed and when.

6. Extremely professional, approachable with a mature demeanor.

7. Ability to grow the brand presence, marketing awareness.

The candidate will have well-developed IT skills, Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, working with the Sage Accountancy Software.

Hours of work will be 9.30-5.30 Monday to Friday, however flexibility is needed to suit the needs of the business.

Territory Sales Manager

We have major expansion plans for the brand in 2015 and as such we are recruiting for Territory Sales Managers initially for the London area NW10 promoting Skinpep a Premium Aesthetic Skincare brand. As a Territory Sales Manager we are offering a competitive salary package of a basic of £20,800 per year with good achievable commission structure OTE of £35,000 in addition to a generous monthly car allowance. We are happy to consider candidates with a good solid proven territory sales based background that are qualified beauty therapists or have a similar background and have also had exposure in the pharmacy/aesthetic clinic sales channel or retail experience. It goes without saying that your personal presentation will be of the highest standard.

Working within a 360 role you will have full responsibility for client development and brand presence in the retail outlets. Duties will cover a broad range of sales, customer service and administrative based tasks. You will be given autonomy to manage your diary and allowed to take control of running your desk like your own business. You need to be results driven and task focused. Combining your skills as a beauty therapist or sales person to demonstrate the products to trade customers and host educational training days at head office. You will have a keen interest in Skincare and related products

The person who is selected will undergo extensive product training to fully comprehend all the facets of the skincare range and be able to demonstrate why this brand sits comfortably with all the other well-known high end aesthetic cosmeceutical skincare brands but at a third of the price. You must have excellent communication skills, strong IT literacy and a full driving license is essential. We are looking at filling this vacancy quite quickly in the New Year.
