HOW TO BOOST YOUR COLLAGEN LEVELS

Our collagen production slows down as we age; it is the most abundant protein in our bodies. The breakdown of our body’s natural collagen can lead to a number of health problems, as it’s in our bones, muscles, joints, gums, and tendons as well as in our skin. Collagen creates firmness and suppleness and is vital for the skin elasticity.

The following skin routine will help boost your collagen levels, to give you younger looking skin, healthy hair and nails, and more supple joints.

Morning routine

Add 1-2 scoops of Collagen Re-nu Liquid Shot to a glass/tumbler; mix with room temperature water for one minute and leave to stand for 2+ minutes. Drink this on an empty stomach at least one hour before eating.

After cleansing and toning apply 3-4 drops of Super C15 vitamin C serum, then roll with the Derma Roller (see video of how to use derma roller) followed by a pump of Collagen Renew Peptide Repair Day Cream. Once done apply an SPF of 30 or higher.

Evening routine

After cleansing and toning, apply 3-4 drops of Super C15 vitamin C serum, then roll with the Derma Roller, followed by a pump of Collagen Renew Growth Factor Night Cream.

Weekly routine

After cleansing and toning, roll with the Derma Roller, then apply 3-4 drops of Super C15 vitamin C serum; apply the Hydro Gel Face Mask while face is still damp, starting with the bottom half of the face, then adding the top half last. Leave mask on for 30-40 minutes. Apply one pump of either Day Cream if doing this in the day or Night Cream if you are doing this at night.
